Lee’s Mushroom Burgers
A simple, protein-packed burger made with real ingredients and zero shortcuts.
Ingredients
• 1 lb local lean ground beef
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp feta
• 2 tbsp panko
• 1 free-range organic egg
• 1 tsp sesame seeds
• 1 tsp Montreal steak spice
• Fresh ground pepper
• A few shakes of garlic spread
• ½ cup shredded hash browns
• 1 tbsp sriracha
• Dairy-free cheese, melted
Toppings
• Organic white mushrooms, sliced
• Ketchup
• Homemade mayonnaise
Build
Mix all burger ingredients together and form into patties. Grill or pan-cook until browned and cooked through, finishing with melted dairy-free cheese.
Serve on a pretzel Kaiser bun and top with mushrooms, ketchup, and homemade mayo.
