Do you ever just think about the body and how amazing it is? I sure do. The heart blows my mind away when I think about it. Our heart beats 100,000 times a day, pushing 5,000 gallons of blood through our body every 24 hours, and if it stops, we stop. The heart is so powerful that you could be in a full blown coma and your heart can still keep you alive, that’s remarkable. It was a gift we got for free at birth, and most of us forget about that and how important it is. We put our bodies through everything, good and the bad and it’s still there beating. Some of us are not as lucky and the heart decides when it’s done beating. We can do our absolute best to keep it running smooth or forget how important it is and beat it to the ground, it’s up to you.
