Meditation?
Meditation can mean something different from one person to the next, reasons to practise mediation also varies from person to person. There is no wrong or right way to practice, as long as you are getting what you are looking for, out of it. I personally use it for a number of reasons - I meditate to remind myself that the mind is the strongest part of the body, without a clear focused mind my body seems to find stress and anxiety and it’s hard to focus. Meditation is very important for myself as I am a very go go go person and it’s amazing what a simple 15 minutes of mediation can do for yourself first thing in the morning or whenever you can. I like mediation in the morning as its setting the focus and vison for my day. I first could not meditate for more than a couple of minutes as I could not focus, but it will get better as you practise.
