Starving your body to lose weight usually backfires. It slows metabolism, drains energy, and leads to rebound weight gain. Fueling your body properly does the opposite it supports fat loss, builds lean muscle, and improves how you feel day to day.
Small, consistent choices add up. Using better cooking fats, choosing whole food ingredients, and reducing hidden sugars all make a measurable difference over time without turning your life upside down.
My goal is education, not dependency. I teach clients how to fuel their body properly so they’re not guessing once the coaching period is over. You’ll learn how much protein, carbohydrates, fats, and key nutrients your body actually needs and when timing matters.
The more you understand your body, the better your results and the easier it is to maintain them.
