Vegan cheese dip

Vegan Cheese Dip

Huge thanks to my awesome sister @veruca.pepper for this one. It’s ridiculously easy to make, seriously delicious, and totally customizable. Add what you like, skip what you don’t this one’s hard to mess up.

Ingredients

• 1 cup peeled potatoes
• 1 cup peeled carrots
• 4 garlic cloves
• ½ cup traditional yeast
• 1 tbsp real maple syrup
• 1 tbsp chili peppers
• ½ cup onion
• 1 tsp paprika
• Juice from ½ fresh lemon
• ½ cup water
• ½ cup avocado oil or extra virgin olive oil
• Pinch of salt
• Pinch of pepper

How to Make It

Boil the peeled potatoes and carrots for about 25 minutes, until soft.
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

That’s it. You’ve got yourself an unreal vegan cheese dip.

Perfect for dipping
• Samosas
• Chips
• Spring rolls
• Egg rolls

Or honestly… anything you want to cheese up.
