Natural Sports Electrolyte Drink
Most sports drinks look healthy until you read the label. If I can’t pronounce half the ingredients, I don’t buy it. When I’m training, hiking, or doing anything that makes me sweat, I want hydration that actually supports performance not sugar water with neon colouring.
So I make my own.
Ingredients
• Real pure cherry juice
• Juice of ½ lime
• Juice of 1 full lemon
• Pinch of sea salt
Optional
• Waxy maize if you’re training hard and need extra carbs
